A very special 15 year Anniversary Session - New England Historical Treasures

My most recent portrait session was for a  beloved couple who tomorrow, January 15, will celebrate fifteen years of marriage!!!  A truly blessed and beautiful accomplishment that is testament to the power of threefold cord ( Ec 4:12) and marrying your best friend.💑 Through many joys and sorrows, troubles and triumphs these two friends have accomplished creating a beautiful life together as they have deepened and strengthened their bond.

As one of her bridesmaids and friends for life, it has been a special joy for me to be part of their special day and to now fifteen years later be able to capture their love through this anniversary session. As a backdrop we chose some amazing historical treasures in New England including the home of one of my favorite authors' Luisa May Alcott, who wrote the classic Little Women set in the idyllic town of Concord, MA.  As well as the historical Grist Mill at the Wayside Inn built under the direction of Henry ford in 1929.

A Sayen Gardens Engagement Shoot

Love is definitely in the air and Wedding season is most definitely upon us! As is evident by my other recent Engagement Session for Ashley and Jacob who will soon be tying the knot in August. I was also present at this gorgeous couples' surprise proposal here.

The setting for their Engagement Session was also at stunning outdoor garden in Central Jersey called Sayen Gardens. An idyllic botanical oasis. The evening of this E-session the park was illuminated by that ever elusive and cove table "golden hour"and that ethereal light... Un compromiso de Sorpresa! (A surprise proposal!) 2019

It was such a pleasure for me to be present for this beautiful, personal and romantic surprise proposal  celebrating the love between Cassie and Luis! He popped the question and she said Yes!

A Session of Love - D and J

Hello friends, it's been a while, I know.  However, after a very long and arduous Winter I am back...

With the onset of Spring, my natural light portrait sessions are also back.

I commenced this season with a very special portrait session for a very special couple.

Set among the idyllic and almost storybook settings of the Pennsylvania Woods and this incredible Cabin, I set out to capture some timeless shots with an ethereal setting.
